Bolnore Village Primary and School and their Forest school
Lorraine and Michelle met with Pippa and another Forest School leader in July 2025, to discuss how to help maintain the buffer zone to the ancient woodland which sits inside the perimeter of the school's boundary.
The forest leaders have exciting plans for the children, some of which are already well developed, with a stumpery, sensory garden, wildlife pond, outdoor eating area and the protection of the wildlife buffer zone as a biodiversity corridor around the eastern and northern perimeter of the school's land.
Sightings reports by the children and some of their relevant forest school activities will be posted here from the forest school leaders.
